I found everyone at O'Riordan Bond in Rushden to be incredibly proactive throughout the sale of my house.<br><br>They weren't the closest estate agent to me, but they were absolutely the right choice. They gave honest advice on pricing, and we agreed on a realistic figure designed to sell – which it did. Twice! Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully.<br><br>Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help. They really do hold your hand through the process.<br><br>This may not be the last time I buy or sell a property, and when that day comes, I would have no hesitation in using O'Riordan Bond again.<br><br>Thank you to everyone in the Rushden office for all your help – I really appreciate everything you did.

We have had an excellent experience with O’Riordan Bond from start to finish, both selling our home and buying our new one.<br><br>Matthew carried out our valuation and was friendly, professional and gave us confidence from the very beginning. Our main point of contact throughout was Adele, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly chasing every party in the chain to keep everything moving as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Liam was also incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him and was always up to date with our progress and answered any queries that we may have had.<br><br>Thanks to the team’s hard work, our house sold within just a few weeks and we exchanged contracts in only five weeks. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home in just a few weeks’ time.<br><br>We also used Caroline as our in-house mortgage and financial adviser, and she was brilliant throughout. What a great experience we had selling our house through O’Riordan Bond, Brixworth.<br>From dealing with Matt and Liam at the start of the process and then the amazingly enthusiastic Adele who secured the sale and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.
