As a first time buyer I had little idea about the process but the whole team has been so patient and their attention to detail has been fantastic. I called and viewed the property with Joe who answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and arranged a second viewing later the same day when I asked if I could see it again before making an offer. The communication was quick and he kept me updated throughout. Caroline was amazing at organising the mortgage offer and going through the whole process with me.
