From the time they met with us to do the valuation to selling the house there was always someone there to answer our questions or sort out concerns. It was a very daunting prospect selling the house but Chris the valuation guy was very friendly and offered help when we were struggling with things. The house went up for sale and they sold it within 3 weeks and for a really good price. They handled the bookings and the viewings and the process so far has been really easy. It's the worst agency I've been renting from so far. They were prompt only at the beginning, when they wanted our documents and payments. After that, despite multiple follow-ups, we were ignored, and there were no updates despite approaching the move-in date, adding us days of stress. We are fortunate that we postponed our move-in date with them, otherwise, we would have been homeless for a couple of days due to their processing time. It's worth noting that we allowed two weeks before we moved out of our previous address to be on safe side. Later, they attempted to double-charge us for the holding deposit, sending messages claiming we owed them an outstanding balance because they hadn't deducted it from the pro-rata first rent. I wonder if this is common practice. You have to work for them and remind them about everything, they haven't even provided us with the transaction ID, so we almost missed the deadline to pay the first rent waiting for this number. You can take the keys to the flat only between 4-5pm the day you're moving in, all people on tenancy must be present, which is extremely uncovinient, basically forcing people to take a day off from work. We moved in and reported issues the first day, the hob doesn't work, sink leaks and causes black mould, 2 weeks after still nothing has been done and we hear that our property manager Jessica is on annual leave and won't be back anytime soon and they can't do much until she's back. Her messages are chaotic and clearly written in a rush with multiple mistakes, and instead of booking a contractor she took a few days to ask us if we are sure we know how to use a gas hob, which is ridiculous. For the sink nothing has been done. So I guess they expect us to spend Christmas without ability to cook or wash dishes without flooding kitchen. Extremely neglectful staff... Read more

Booking an appoiment to value my house was extremely easy Chris came to look around my house and he was very complimentary which i felt was very genuine It wasn't rushed and I felt he really wanted to make sure he listened to what renovations I had done to my house Following his visit I talked to my family as it was,a big decision. Having recently lost my husband my children encouraged me to not react on my grief and wait for a while I spoke to Chris who was very understanding and reassured me that if and when the time came to sell that he would be very happy to take this forward.
