I have been extremely impressed with Jilly throughout the process of selling my property. From the initial valuation, she was helpful, friendly, polite and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Jilly has also conducted a number of the viewings at my property and the service she provides is excellent. She is knowledgeable, engaging and takes the time to explain the property properly to potential buyers, which is exactly what you would hope for from an estate agent representing your home.<br><br>Whilst my experience with Oakmans as a whole has not always been as consistent, Jilly has been superb throughout and is a real credit to the company. If you are considering selling with Oakmans, I would strongly recommend asking for Jilly.

Tom was amazing, very personable and kind, but professional and knowledgeable about the local market and conditions. He gave a realistic price to market the house at, rather than hyper-inflating it to flatter us and gain our business. I actually chose Oakmans over other agents mostly based on my feeling that he was trustworthy and would do his best to sell our property.

Having had Jilly come to value my property from Oakland in Northfield. I found her to be professional and gave me valuable advice on selling my property. Through this I have now agreed a sale on the property. Oakmans in Northfields are the best.
