We've just moved into our new house, which was sold through Arden Estates Rubery. They're fantastic. Initial conversations around viewings and the viewings themselves were prompt and friendly.<br><br>The best stuff kicked in when we put the offer in on our house. Romily was professional and warm, and her team in the office that Friday afternoon couldn't have been more friendly and supportive.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing we were supported by Amy W who was responsive (the team set up a Whatsapp group which is a great way of communicating) and really pushed for us and the seller with the normal challenges of conveyancing. Fantastic communication from beginning to end, really professional and friendly. Amy Woolaston in particular was fab. We had a real struggle in our chain towards the end, especially with solicitors, and it felt as though our agents were the only ones genuinely fighting our corner and getting things done. We had a great experience with Arden. Libby and Gracie (Sales team) worked so hard selling our home. The communication was great and the ladies were professional, friendly and polite. I could tell they had our best interests at heart. Unfortunately we had bad luck with our buyers but the ladies worked so hard to sell it again making the process as smooth as possible for us. We were then passed to Amy who was also great at communication and would answer all queries straight away even after working hours. Amy was friendly and a great communicator and made sure we were always up to date with the progress of the move. I would highly recommend using the ladies at Arden they were a great support to us throughout the whole journey. Unfortunately the market is unpredictable which is out of their control but they handled it with compassion and care. Thank you ladies! Great team x

Ammy was great at coordinating everything from with sale agreement till handing over the key. What i remember is the way she deal with the situation where she managed to get the completion day extended for a month from the sellers side due to a challenging situation faced by us during the process . And i would like to recommend and thank Romilly and Ammy again for a brilliant house. We have had a whirlwind of a week, which has been amazing thanks to the Arden Team. Pete was quick to attend and value our house, he immediately planned the photos and videos for the next day! Pete is so kind and helpful, he even helped with queries we have had on other properties and we felt like we could ask him anything and he was always honest.<br>The next day we also met Libby who was friendly, polite and reassuring. Throughout this process, nothing had been too much and Libby, Gracie and Romily have always kept us in the loop whilst being time efficient.<br>By Saturday we were on the market (thanks to Libby) - with viewing requests within 2 hours. We had 6 viewings in 5 days all led by Rob. Rob was chatty, friendly and welcoming. This led to 5 offers!! Today, with the advice, insight and support from the Arden Team we have accepted an offer and feel confident they will continue to support us through the next steps in finding a property and processing!

We used Arden Estate to purchase our first property, and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. During the initial viewing, the agent lacked basic knowledge about the property and was unable to answer several of our questions. Throughout the purchasing process, we felt rushed, as they repeatedly pressured us, even threatening that the seller would relist the property if we didn’t act quickly.<br><br>While waiting for a survey to be completed, they questioned why we felt the need for one, which added unnecessary stress. The most disappointing part of our experience came when we collected the keys after completion. The agent handed them to us while on the phone, treating what should have been a special moment as an inconvenience.<br><br>Overall, we were left feeling more like an interruption to their day than valued clients. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone.

I used Arden recently to sell my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.<br><br>I tried to sell my house last year with another estate agent but had a terrible time (making house spotless for 1 viewing only to find was no show after, selling and losing buyer etc.. ) that I took the house off the market and took a break.<br><br>However this year I decided to put my house back on the market and chose Arden because when I had viewed properties with them I found they answered questions before I asked them or knew the answer and if they didn't they found out and called me back.<br><br>When Peter Gilbert came to value my house he was lovely, it was like he knew how much my house meant to me and made me feel very relaxed and not under any pressure. He promised a quick sale and was so true to his word - he told my house in two weeks which was way quicker than I expected.<br><br>After I accepted the offer I was passed on to Amy Woolaston who was brilliant. I had trouble with house I was buying and so thing took longer than expected and I worried I would lose my buyer again but Amy kept myself and my buyers informed of what was going on at every stage and checked in with us regularly.<br><br>I can't thank Arden and the team enough for everything they did and the support we received.<br><br>Would highly recommend.

Arden have been great from start to finish, we first arranged our viewings with Sharon back in may and she was super helpful throughout the beginning of this process!<br><br>When viewing the property we met Gracie who was beyond lovely and confidently answered any questions we had about the property.<br><br>Romily has been a pleasure to speak throughout this process and has such a lovely vibe any time she has called, any questions i had (especially at the start of this process) she answered so quickly which was a massive help.<br><br>Amy has also been a superstar, any questions I’ve had she answered so quickly (even when I’ve had a silly questions) and has sorted everything so promptly.<br><br>Billy we can’t thank enough, with being new to the world of property and mortgages he has broken down everything for us so this whole process has been so easy to understand and eased any anxieties we had!<br><br>I would absolutely recommend using Arden to any friends or family and especially first time buyers!

These guys are amazing, the whole team have been spot on through the whole process and looked after me. On a personal level they make you feel at ease and are all a bunch a lovely people who want the best for you. Fantastic and friendly service from Arden throughout our house sale and purchase! After calling them to enquire about a house we liked, they arranged a viewing for us and got our house on the market and sold (for well over the asking price(!)) within a week for less than we’d been quoted elsewhere. They also pulled out all the stops to help us in our house purchase and we are beyond thrilled for their help.<br><br>Cannot fault the team and their professionalism, especially when we found knotweed at the address we were buying. I had a really terrible experience to be honest, i gave Arden some constructive feedback to a lady named Sharon saying that some concerns were coming in such as bringing the wrong keys, showing up late for viewings etc to which she offered no apology and blamed the traffic, we are about 1 mile from the Rubery office and i use the gym round there, its also the children's holidays.. what traffic! She then said that she doesn't like being watched because we have CCTV.. we were on holiday in Spain when the viewings were being done so we remote unset the alarm which we were not willing to do without the viewer and agent arriving first! We then would check in to reset the alarm when they left! Sharon was very unprofessional and although Arden are reputable and decent at what they do, Sharon we never asked for you to take the property down we merely gave the notice as part of the contract but you threw your toys out of the pram instead.. Luckily Oakham's agreed that this behaviour is unprofessional and we are going with them today! They even have a for Sale sign which Ardens didn't bother to put up! Arden's Rubery.. Avoid

Excellent service all around from the whole team at Arden Estates. We bought a house from Arden's in April with a four-month turnaround. Every member of staff was very friendly, knowledgable and patient with us, despite us calling probably every single week. We were very impressed with their professionalism, and that they actually supported us in getting the house despite another buyer (investor) being able to offer the same offer in full cash. As first-time buyers, we were very nervous going into the process however, Arden Estates made the whole thing much less nerve-wracking than my wife and I expected. I couldn't possibly recommend them more.

We wanted to highly recommend Arden's in Rubery and all of it's team. We had our house on the market with another estate agent for 4 weeks and hadn't received one viewing! Within a day of being on the market with Arden's we had 5 viewings booked, which resulted in an offer for the full asking price. We have been extremely impressed for many reasons. Even at the worst it was a good experience.<br><br>We had a very complicated and troublesome sale and purchase. Sharon at the Rubery office was great when we were going theough the offer process. Once we had an offer accepted Lara was so helpful in getting us to completion. From offer acceptance to completion it took about 7 weeks. She spent a lot of time chasing the other agent and our solicitors and we wouldn't have got it over the line in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday without her help! Thanks Arden!

Romilly was an excellent saleswoman and gave me confidence in choosing them initially. Very good professional photos were included in the price which was a fixed fee and Sharon and Jasod were pleasant and helpful, always keeping us informed.<br><br>Having sold and bought houses three times in the last decade, I was particularly impressed with the value for money and also the service provided after a sale was agreed. By way of contrast, I asked the agents of the property we were buying to liaise with the solicitors and vendor but was told that they simply did not have time, with the market being so busy (this was the height of the stamp duty holiday rush).<br><br>By contrast, Arden had a member of staff whose role it is to make sure the sale progresses and comes to a successful completion - well done Lara, you did a great job.<br><br>People sometimes think they are giving agents a great deal of money just to take a few photos and stick them on Rightmove. However, a good agent does so much behind the scenes, not only liaising with solicitors and keeping communication flowing, but also, vitally, maintaining the confidence and trust of both vendor and buyer, which ensures that the sale is completed.<br><br>I can honestly say that Arden provide a service which is a cut above other agents and helped me cope with the stress of selling my house. Thank you!

Really good selling experience with Arden, they achieved 5% over the asking price too. Some of the staff are hit and miss, but the majority were really helpful and we're pleased we chose Arden, even though there were lower fees offered.
Finding a new home was very difficult, and we did think they could have been more proactive in helping given their dominance in the market, though in the Summer, houses were pretty much selling themselves - we will definitely use Arden again.
