There was only a few times we didn’t get feedback on a few viewings but that could have been because people did not give it. I would not recommend using these agents to buy or sell. I would never buy a property from these agents, nor sell a property to anyone involved with these agents again. They are not transparent, lack of clear communication and are willing to have you waiting around for months for nothing to happen. We have purchased multiple properties before and have never dealt with something this bad. Why do you have a sales progression team if you can’t get a sale to progress? This isn’t a one off as it has happened twice now.... Read more

From the very start of the process Park & Bailey have been a very friendly and professional estate agent. They updated us throughout the process, and provided us with useful advice.
