Spent six months purchasing a property with Park and Bailey where the Seller pulled out just before exchange. Lots of half truths, poor communication and structure.

We were very happy with how things were communicated and how we were updated. There was only a few times we didn’t get feedback on a few viewings but that could have been because people did not give it.
We felt everyone at Park and Bailey offered honest support, and invested specialist advice on what is a massive change in your life!

I would not recommend using these agents to buy or sell. I would never buy a property from these agents, nor sell a property to anyone involved with these agents again. They are not transparent, lack of clear communication and are willing to have you waiting around for months for nothing to happen. We have purchased multiple properties before and have never dealt with something this bad. Why do you have a sales progression team if you can’t get a sale to progress? This isn’t a one off as it has happened twice now.

The staff at the Warlingham office were extremely helpful and pro- active in pursuing the sale of my property and in driving the matter through a number of issues to achieve completion. I was extremely satisfied with their professional service, courtesy and perseverance.
