PDM Estates are a fantastic company that we cannot recommend enough. Harry worked incredibly hard to deliver an exceptional level of service and is head and shoulders above other agents in Nottingham. I first noticed PDM when I saw that they were selling another apartment in our building and the photos caught the eye as they were of much better quality than most. We had suffered over a year of incompetence from a national chain that “managed” our rental with an ever-changing cast of staff who were often not even based in the city. We had a call with Harry who impressed us straight away with his passion and desire to help. He dealt with the mess that was left, literally, by the tenants and the previous agent, managing the cleaning, decorating and maintenance that was required. We had agreed that he would take on the apartment but at this point had not signed anything and refused to charge for this as it was “part of the service.” We instructed PDM to sell the apartment and loved the brochure and pictures that were produced, they really showed it off to the fullest. In what is a difficult market for leasehold properties Harry quickly got us a number of asking price offers, only one of which he recommended after his due diligence, and it was this one that went through to completion. Harry liaised with the solicitors to progress everything, holding the buyer’s hand as much as he could. He was very proactive, doing everything possible to make the process as smooth as it could be. I will not hesitate to recommend Harry and PDM Estates to anyone and I am confident that there isn’t anywhere better to go in Nottingham. A quality, independent agent is worth their weight in gold and it was such a refreshing experience after the faceless corporate dross we had been suffering.... Read more

After an awful experience with a larger well known estate agent in Wollaton, we went with PDM Estates in hopes for a better chance of selling our home to serious buyers. Harry was so knowledgeable and gives such a personal touch to his clients. He took the time to get to know us personally and what was important to us in selling our home. With his help and honest advice, we sold our home within three months! Start to finish! This would have never happened without him keeping on top of solicitors, keeping the whole chain in the loop and ensuring the process was as stress free for us as possible. I can honestly say that Harry’s expertise and due diligence with our buyers was exceptional. PDM Estates and Harry were recommended to me by the landlord of a property which neighbours mine. I genuinely feel extremely lucky to have found someone like Harry to manage my property - he really takes a lot of pride in everything he does and I feel very comfortable that my property is being well looked after. I must also mention the very high levels of attention to detail with the condition of a property, which is not something that you can find easily. Plus, and this is so important, I know that my tenants have a really high quality property manager. I want to be well represented and I have no doubt that Harry and PDM are the guys for this. We have never had the great pleasure of working with an Agent. We were the purchasers of a property and PDM (Harry) were acting for the sellers. We had the smoothest transaction mainly due to PDM conversing with all parties and also respective solicitors. On the day of purchase/completion. We opted to use PDM letting services. Within 1 week we now have tenants (this is unheard of) the rent commanded and achieved was 7-8% higher than a comparative property marketed by another agent a few days prior! Another plus is that Harry negotiated a 12 month advance on the rent !! No pressure at all but driven at the right times (very refreshing) Highly recommend PDM for sales and lettings.... Read more

Harry from PSM is amazing, and the BEST real estate agent we have had the pleasure of working with. For example, we were recently selling our 1950s built bungalow. We started off with another agency, but no sale was foreseeable. Hence we started working with PDM, and it was the best decision. This is how PDM went above and beyond: * Organised for extremely professional and tasteful photos (far better than the other agency, and they make a huge difference) * Tried to really achieve a win-win for both, buyers and sellers (for instance, he ended up visiting buyers place and prepared their house for a sale, since it was in a chain!) * Marketed our property extremely creatively - including infomercials in a local newspaper which were very successful (this was extremely creative and for no cost!) * Buyers wanted some repairs to be done to our property. Harry negotiated works himself and got us extremely reasonable quotes. He supervised the work and outcome was excellent! * Our house key was with him and he proved to be a saviour multiple times. For instance, we were not in town and a pipe burst due to freezing cold weather in December. Don't know how we would have handled it without Harry * Harry front-ended the negotiation from our side. Sometimes things were tricky, Harry's friendly manner, amazing communication skills, genuinely wise counsel and strong win-win approach saved the day. Good sales person with strong integrity is rare to find. Harry is that person: man of his word. I have not listed the number of times, we have asked for favours (eg, keep an eye out for any letters) and despite being super busy, he always helped out. PDM's charges are very reasonable. We found them to be amongst the lowest. I can't recommend PDM enough. They will likely be your BEST decision if you want to buy or sell real estate. I know it was our best decision as far as selling our property was concerned. (I rarely give such glowing reviews. The fact that I am giving PDM such an exceptional review should suggest how strongly I valued their services).... Read more
