We recently purchased our new home (relocated from Hove to Middleton) from Ella at HA and from the first moment we met her at the very first property nothing was too much trouble, she assisted a very difficult chain through some nail biting moments, communicated exceptionally with other agents and solicitors, allowed us viewings at the house ( with contractors and builders). I’m a football fan so I know every team has a star player. Apply this thought process to Henry Adams and the star by an absolute mile is Ella. She’s Brilliant! She listens, she’s patient, so knowledgeable and she works incredibly hard! Nothing was to much trouble. So this review is really for Ella, she proactively worked with the other agents in the chain and together with the fantastic Katie at Bay tree estates, these two superstars made happen, what at times seemed impossible to happen and all on very short timescales. We wish Ella all the very best and thank her. What an asset she is for any company.

As a developer for over 30 years I have come across the good, the bad and the ugly with estate agents - and Henry Adams in Middleton is the good! Very good in fact. Their communication, patience and dedication to your sale or purchase is exceptional - they push water uphill in getting the deal across the line - with solicitors getting more and more ridiculous as time passes with enquiries and generally not getting anything done, you can rest assured that with this team behind you, that you will get results. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

I can't stress how happy I am to have chosen to use Henry Adams (Middleton-on-sea). I met a few different estate agents to sell the property and my first impression of them was right, as they seemed to stand out from the rest and knew the market which gave me confidence that I had the right people. Through a really hard time for myself they have basically held my hand through the whole process in which I was new to. Nothing was too much trouble and such a knowledgeable friendly team. I was constantly kept updated on everything. And to add a cherry on top the property was sold within a week or two of going ahead with them. I'm so grateful for everything they have done and will definitely use them again. Thanks to all of you (Ben, Ella and the rest of the team).

We brought our Bungalow through the Middleton on sea office of Henry Adams and could not have asked for a better service. Laura very patiently showed us around several properties before we made our final decision. Nothing was ever to much trouble, they always returned calls and found any information we required. All members of staff were really helpful even 3 months later when we needed some information about the heating, they contacted previous owners and the problem was solved.
I would recommend this office and hope to use them again when my parents move down here with us...
