I had the pleasure of meeting lovely Darcey on 2 occassions at separate viewings. First property she was very welcoming, polite and friendly took her time to talk about each of the rooms as we navigated around. I advised that property was not for me she was forthcoming in asking what my criteria was and responded to say the next appointment was right up my street.
On the second viewing again very friendly an awaiting outside to welcome me. Again took her time to show around property and answered any questions I had with precision. She was true to her word as in fitted my criteria. Looking to put in an offer have booked another viewing at the second property but unfortunately it will be someone else on this occasion.
Just want to say a big phatt thank you to Darcey for her professionalism, honesty and excellent customer service. Keep up the fabulous work your doing and keep shining like the star that you are.

Darcey was a real professional, listened to my needs and acted accordingly, although I didn’t buy a property through them, she was the only one who conducted the works ethically and properly, I didn’t feel pushed into a deal that wasn’t for me, she was always clear , like I was,.

I cannot recommend panels enough I had my house on the market for one year.
with various local estate agents and had only four viewings I put it on with Pennells who isn’t even a local in the state agent.
And then received I thinks 8 views and sold.
The staff were amazing and on the ball from Chris, Toby and Carson. Brilliant can’t recommend enough

I have used the lettings agency twice now, and I can honestly say that their service has been excellent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon Mott who is always very helpful, and so far found me great tenants who over the last 12 months have paid their rent on time, without fail, and recently secured me new tenants within a month. Sharon consistently offered great communication and replies to my queries promptly.
Based on their service so far I would definitely recommend Pennell and Partners.

Unfortunately, we’ve had a terrible experience which doesn’t seem to be the norm from the other reviews, so I’m wondering why we got so unlucky.
Firstly, let me start by saying that I’m not oblivious the the fact that if the market is slow, or the price isn’t right or that there is just no interest in a house, then it makes it difficult to sell. We fully understand this.
This is why we instruct estate agents right, because they do this day in and day out and are there to advise and support you through the process. (Or so we thought!)
When we got our valuation, we were advised of more than one person that would be interested in our property if we went with them. Turns out this is the oldest trick in the book and sadly we fell for it.
Communication has been awful. Not once did anyone check in with us to let us know how things were going, to give us any feedback on the ‘calls’ they were making to potential clients, no advice on what to do 10 weeks after no viewings. Nothing.
Every bit of communication has been through me or my husband chasing. To this day, we have had 1 viewing in 12 weeks, and one bit of feedback after asking multiple times.
The final straw has been when we decided to go with another agent so we asked on the 2nd of July for all marketing to cease immediately, including taking our property off Rightmove. We had a response to confirm this only a few minutes later. A week later and I’ve had to email again to ask for it to be taken off Rightmove. How disappointing.
From our experience, Chris is doing too much for one person. He valued our property, photographed it, did our one (and only) viewing, and whenever we’ve called to ask anything about our property, he’s the only one we can talk to. Not helpful if he’s out on valuations or viewings or photography!
No one else from the office has seen our property, so I’m not sure how they’re going to answer any questions that a potential viewer may have that they can’t already find on Rightmove?
So like I said, it’s not been great for us at all. From other reviews, it would seem we’ve slipped through the net on this occasion.
