Directors Owen and Nick have almost four decades of estate agency experience between them, most of which was gained working for large corporate chains. The idea for Peter Oliver Homes came from the desire to offer clients the same modern and innovative marketing but with a more personal bespoke service and a focus on customer satisfaction rather than simply the bottom line

The staff in Peter Oliver are all amazing and very supportive throughout the whole process.
I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way.
A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly.
Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again..

No communication at all, unless instigated by us.
Advertising was poor - they used none of the “extra” exposure that they promised (ie social media).
Promised calls aplenty which never came.
Wouldn’t recommend.
Can’t comment on value for money as they did not achieve a sale.

Strong sales team, who made buying our house easier and less stressful. The team liaised with the vendor to permit a swift viewing and our subsequent offer was handled promptly and professionally. This would have been 5 stars, but unfortunately Peter Oliver fell short of expectations on sales progression. Regular chasers were needed and the team were not always readily available.

Traveled an hour and a half down from London to view a property in Sussex. Only to sit outside the property for an hour and nobody to turn up! Nobody would answer our calls as it was a Saturday. Shocking, utterly frustrated and disappointed at not being able to view a property we are very interested in!

Confidence and Trust is essential in an estate agent, sadly with the competitive nature of the housing market some local agents have forgotten basic values, Integrity and Honesty.
I think Nicks ratings speak for themselves.
If you about to start out on your journey of selling or buying you need look no further, i would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Oliver , from myself they would get 6 stars.
