Fantastic service with the whole Uckfield team from start to finish. They were incredibly proactive and arranged for me to view a property that was new to the market.
Everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, communication has been excellent throughout, and any questions or issues I had were sorted straight away. Viewings were arranged promptly and I was always kept up to date.
A special mention to Connor, who has been brilliant to deal with — great customer service, professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Everyone else I spoke to was also really nice and easy to deal with.

We recently viewed properties with Connor from the Uckfield branch and honestly received exceptional service. Although we didn't end up offering on the specific properties we saw, Connor was a cut above the rest.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He went out of his way to organize a second viewing for us directly with the vendors, and during another viewing, he was so kind and patient when our baby started to fuss. He even took the time to give us strategic advice on our own sale to help us move forward.

Oakfield in Uckfield were perfect, from the initial valuation, launch and the arranging of viewings.
We had a rollercoaster of a move and I must single out Connor Jenkins, our negotiator.
He was with us all the way; supporting, guiding, liasing - with total honesty and clarity throughout. He was always available. or would retrurn a call as soon as he could - nothing seemed too much trouble.
He deserves to go far.
A shout out to the manager John Furber, who again was brilliant.

We cannot recommend John Furber and Connor Jenkins of Oakfield Estate Agency highly enough. They have both done an amazing job of marketing our house, and the fact that we have had to take it off the market is in no way their fault. They have both worked extremely hard, arranging for lovely photos, a very good video of our house and garden, and getting on their phones to potential buyers to encourage viewings.
Both John and Connor are very professional at all times, but friendly as well, and they really seem to care about the properties with which they are involved – it does not seem to be “just a job”.
If you are looking for hard-working, efficient and honest Estate agents, look no further!

We had one house viewing with Connor from Oakfield. We were so pleasantly surprised by Connor’s customer service and accommodation, that we feel the need to share our feedback with others. Connor is clearly taking his job seriously, he has came well prepared for the viewing and was well informed of the property as well as the local area entirely. We just couldn’t compare with any other viewings from other estate agents who came completely unprepared, not knowing anything about the houses they sell. Our initial valuation with John was smooth and reassuring, he had our property online promptly and we even had viewings booked in before it was live. The team has been great. Connor in particular has been absolutely fantastic, hosting our viewings, providing detailed feedback after each one and offering superb support and advice. The office may stop at 5pm but these guys don’t, they are an extremely committed team who will do everything they can to help, resulting in us being under offer in less than 4 weeks. Superb!

THE BEST ESTATE AGENT IN TOWN BY A COUNTRY MILE. I had four local agents value my house, ranging from independent family firms like Rowland Gorringe to large corporate agents. I found Rowland Gorringe to be most honest and transparent of all, with others just offering figures plucked out of the air in an attempt to get my business. I chose Rowland Gorringe and the whole experience was a joy from launch to market right through to completion day. The marketing details were beautifully presented and the photography, on paper and online, was superb. We had an offer within no time at all and the negotiator managed to achieve a very, very good price (much more than we expected). When the sale was progressing we had constant communication (Even the couple we were buying from chose to contact our agent before their own), the whole process was smooth and extremely professional. I will always sell (and hopefully buy) through Rowland Gorringe in the future and would strongly urge anybody looking for a top, professional agency to do the same.
