Absolutely amazing service from Phil, after inheriting a house that I decided to sell i contacted 3 estate agents. 1st didn't seem to know much 2nd was all suit n handshake then there was phil. I've got to say, that when we invited agents round to value our home and to listen to their sales pitch, we had pretty much already decided that we were going with Town Property. We had seen Phil's advertising boards around, and he had recently sold a house on our street which had been up with at least a couple of different agents, so we decided to hear what he had to say.
Phil was really nice from the off. He wasn't loud and shouting about how amazing he was. His valuation was on a par with what we expected and he was happy to be flexible with contract terms etc. This gave us the confidence that he knew he could sell our home for what it was worth.
When we told Town Property who we were going with, they actually very unprofessionally called him 'The guy who works from his bedroom.' This solidified our choice and we're so glad we went with Phil.
Phil sold our home, before it went on Right Move. He had also sold the buyer's flat which kept things reasonably tidy. There was one communication hiccup along the five month journey but when Phil really came into his own, was when it came to drawing things together towards the end.
Phil's people skills and experience with what he does, kept the chain going to completion, when it could have so easily fallen apart, the week before the anticipated exchange.
There is no doubt in my mind, that had we gone with the usual high street agent, I wouldn't be writing this from my new home.
Phil, I don't care if you work from your bedroom, a coffee shop or in a posh office, you are amazing at what you do! Thank you for getting me home. K&J

Recently sold my property through Phil Hall Estate Agents. I have to say the whole process, whilst never without its stresses, was as smooth as it could be. What makes this agent different though is the personal element provided by Phil. You talk to him directly and no one else which makes a huge difference. The sales pack has to be one of the best I have seen, in particular the drone footage which really gives a different perspective. From the first minute Phil was a joy to work with. He told us everything we needed to know costs timeframes etc. he suggested a video we weren’t sure but he was right it brought the property to life. There is no one and I mean no one I'd rather go through the hell of buying and selling with than Phil Hall. He puts his clients at the centre of everything and bends over backwards to ensure he gets your sale through to competition. You will always feel like you're the only person he is working with. We were both selling our property and buying another with Phil which turned out to be instrumental in making it all happen. We unfortunately lost our first buyers and Phil worked extremely hard to make sure we had a new buyer 3 weeks later. We then went on to have a very complicated purchase and again Phil worked so hard to keep everything together and juggling the people in the chain. Even post completion there was some bits that needed to be sorted and he kept in fantastic communication, there was certainly no feeling that he'd walked away once this was done from an agents POV. We knew Phil had a ton of experience at high street estate agents and he's really shining as an independent agent. Thank you, Phil.

We approached Phil after a really disappointing experience with a high street agent. Phil was a world away from day 1. He gave us honest advice, got fantastic photos and then worked really hard to get us an offer. Phil also negotiated with our sellers agent to get a good price on our new house. It didn't stop there though, he helped us through the whole process right up until completion. Phil recommended a fantastic removals firm and has contacts with solicitors too.
