Have rented with them for the last 12 months and have received excellent service in everything. Charlotte has been so lovely to deal with from the start of the rental process and throughout my time with them. I was able to contact Charlotte 24/7 if there was any issues with the property and get a quick response and resolution. I even locked myself out of the house a couple of times and Charlotte was there to help me everytime! Charlotte is very professional and has made renting a stress free experience for me this year. I really don't like posting bad reviews but the lack of any kind of response from PJSA is appalling. The man in charge was lovely to me, but Charlotte made attempting to let a property impossible. We waited 3 weeks and were rarely told any information, when I called she didn't pick up but she would text back a few days later without keeping me in the loop at all. In the end it turned out that she was having more conversations with the other potential clients which meant that they were able to offer more and get the letting, and we weren't even given a chance to meet the offer despite being the first to enquire in this instance. The process was unfair, stressful, and overall terrible service.... Read more
