I had a really positive experience speaking with Oliver. From our initial conversation, he was friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained everything clearly, without making me feel pressured.<br><br>I was particularly impressed with Oliver’s strategy and the way he approached things. From the outset, Oliver was incredibly honest and straight-talking. He gave us a realistic and well-considered valuation rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear, and his advice was clear, fair and backed up with genuine knowledge of the market.<br><br>What really stood out was his marketing strategy. He had clearly thought through exactly how he would position and market the property to achieve the best possible result, rather than just putting it on the market and hoping for the best.<br><br>I immediately felt I could trust Oliver. Oliver and his team sold my house and I can’t speak highly enough of the quality, professionalism and underlying care they provided! We achieved substantially above what we thought we would sell at! There marketing and approach is completely different to the usual drab and stale approaches of all other agents. We could clearly see that not only us but buyers were completely engaged in the process and the level of support was massively above what was expected and on previous experiences! This team is second to none and don’t think twice about using them or at the very least talking to them about your property sale!
