I can only sing praises for Andrews Estate Agents in Sevenoaks. Zena came to value our home and having already found somewhere we wanted to buy we wanted someone to be able to help us sell asap. She delivered on her promise above and beyond with her finding us a buyer the day after the house went on the market. We then dealt with the lovely Sophia who constantly kept us up to date with the progress, acted as the middle person between us and the buyers which made the solicitor queries get dealt with much faster. Sophia Antoniades was our Sales Consultant at Andrews and what can I say?… - she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I do not use that word lightly and as someone who has very high standards, Sophia surpassed all my expectations. She was organised, engaged, enthusiastic and very switched on with all aspects of our sale. She was responsive to my emails and usually answered anything I sent the same day or at the very latest the next day. Her phone manner was always upbeat and positive and she instilled great confidence in me from the first day we met. My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I bought my dads flat from Andrew’s a few years ago and they were so lovely that I went back to them to sell it after he died. I cannot praise the team highly enough, it was a tricky sale due shared ownership, leasehold and missing paperwork. There were days I thought it would never all come together and without their constant help and assistance pushing the sale forward, I don’t know if it would have completed. Andrews have been amazing!! However at the beginning we did go with purple bricks mainly due to there being ‘ no cost’ but I was quickly mistaken! We had a terrible experience with them which ended up costing us a lot of money. We then decided to get in touch with Andrews Sevenoaks after numerous recommendations. I had a really bad experience with an agency that lacked transparency during a flat purchase. The issues began when unclear maintenance charges led to approximately £4000 in additional costs, ultimately forcing me to withdraw from the transaction. Rather than clarifying these issues, the agency simply relisted the property. They also pushed their mortgage broker on us, who secured a subpar deal and failed to update us on potential savings from decreasing interest rates over a three-month period. Communication was extremely poor, culminating in rude email exchanges. The whole ordeal was very disheartening, and I advise others to be wary of this agency. They seem more focused on earning from clients through non-transparent practices and misinformation. Had we known about the expected doubling of service charges and the negative balance in property’s management accounts, we would have reconsidered our offer and perhaps chosen not to engage a conveyancer. We were the second purchaser to withdraw; I hope future potential buyers receive the full, honest disclosure from the outset.
