We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

They were incredibly patient, never pushy, and took the time to explain everything from viewings to the final completion. Their communication was excellent, always responding to our questions quickly.

He is very perceptive at matching landlords with tenants. Through Peter keeping who we are and what we were hoping for in mind he found us our dream place after just one previous viewing. By this point we'd had viewings with various other local estate agents and we can state categorically that Peter is of a calibre that you'd hope to find but rarely do. Professional, genuine and delivers.<br>Furthermore our experience so far of the general services of the agency has been professional and congenial and we would gladly recommend.

13th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I assume I dealt with the manager - rude and impatient. Advertising of property was inaccurate. Communication was awful - emails ignored and an insistence on using the phone (so nothing written down?) Avoid!
10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We recently purchased a property marketed by Hills. We viewed a few places and dealt with different agents and I have to say, Hills were one of the best! They followed up after our viewing and even though technically we weren’t their clients, they were always helpful and friendly. If I was to put our house on the market they would definitely be on top of the list of agencies I’d consider going with.

We particularly liked how she got answers to our questions from the vendors and passed these back to us quickly. When viewing other properties, we have found that often our questions have not been answered. Having this additional information, made a material difference. A big thank you to Evie and the PL&J team

Our meeting with her was related to a unique property situation and though a brief interaction, from start to finish, Dominique’s conduct was commendable and her authentic integrity was a breath of fresh air.
