We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent.
We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts.
The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months.
The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment.
We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers.
The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old.
Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly.

Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !
