Sold our house through RedRoots and was not disappointed with their service.
From the word go Stephen was frank and honest about where our expectations should be and was not afraid to question our thoughts and ideas. RedRoots don't just provide lip service to get your business, rather they tell you how it really is. This is what sold them to us in the first place.
After what seems to have been the longest sale process in the world (issues with solicitors and other such problems) we finally got over the line and Stephen and the gang kept in touch with us throughout, helping wherever they could.
By the end of the sale I think Stephen was probably being paid less than the minimum wage for all his input! We're currently missing our daily interactions with him :-)
We would highly recommend RedRoots for anyone who wants a proactive, down to earth estate agent that gets the job done and also goes the extra mile.

I am so glad that we chose redroots, not only for the sale of our property but they were the agent for the house we bought. The sale itself was excellent, the marketing was brilliant and the photos were top quality. The social media exposure made for lots of viewings almost immediately. The service afterwards was second to none. There were many challenges along the way and Stephen offered expertise, professionalism and support for the whole journey. At times he went above and beyond what should have been the role of agent and nothing was too much trouble. Not that I plan on moving again!! But redroots would be my first choice

What can I say about RedRoots.... Absolutely professional independent estate agents. So much local knowledge and experience.
Don't use other estate agents use RedRoots. After an extremely poor service from a national estate agent who promised the earth and delivered nothing at all, Stephen and RedRoots stepped in and sold our house.
Stephen and Nic are compassionate, supportive and the best estate agents in the area. Stephen accompanied every visit to our property, kept us up to date on feedback.
Our sale was not without problems (buyers solicitors being incompetent) Stephen supported us (and me on several times in tears... sorry Stephen) and chased everything through to completion.

How we regret wasting 6+ months with a different agent before switching to RedRoots???????????????. Although the previous agents also had lots of good reviews, the difference between the two companies was like night and day. From the first call and subsequent meeting with Laura Fallon, it was clear she was passionate about her career and commited to getting the best deal for her clients. Laura was down to earth and easy to talk to and she actually listened. She explained that she would be the only person we had to deal with and that she would carry out all the viewings herself (evening and weekends included - the previous agents did not do either, plus, we had to carry out several viewings ourselves). Laura clearly has an established network of buyers and began to market the property immediately. She conducted several viewings and we accepted an offer before the property even went online. There was never any unnecessary contact and Laura always responded quickly to every communication, via Whatsapp (even immediately answering a random question we sent her when we were sitting in the solicitors office). Thank you Laura for your professionalism throughout, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you.
To everyone out there already trying to sell their property -
if your agent:
does not do all the viewings
does not do weekend viewings
rings you constantly when you are at work with pointless "updates"
asks you the same fundamental questions about your property, over and over again...

Hi I have been with Mr Geer for many years since. Since March 2025 I have had no communication no response to calls text or emails. Since March 2025 I have not been paid for all 3 of my property’s. I haven’t even received my keys or been given my property’s back. When will I be paid when will I receive my keys or my properties back. I hope you will pay me the rent due, do good with his obligation to serve court papers. Currently I am still in a very precarious situation of an illegal tenant occupying my property who I am not able to evict due to Mr Geer's company being the named lease holder. I have also contacted with Redroot as mr Geer is the one who founded this company and it’s his sons who work there now yet both Matthew and Stephen are refusing to help in any way shape or form whilst they know that their dad is on holidays spending my money whilst I am left out of pocket.I hope your enjoy Cyprus. This is your 6th holiday this year yet you can’t pay the rent you owe me or even bother to reply to an email,txt or call. I can’t believe I’m being treated this way. And then I have your son’s telling me that you’ll contact me when you’re ready it’s been months I’ve been waiting. There ?making out for me to be the issue and that I’m bothering them by ringing Red Root. Well it must be you must be so busy ?globetrotting with other people’s money ?. Must be so difficult to find time to contact us.
I asked for your help as he’s your dad and now you’ve decided to terminate your contract for the property I had with you because you no longer want to work with me even though I did nothing wrong how crazy is that? And your dad is asking me to take down the comments yet refusing me to pay like why will you not pay me? Pay me and I will take him down. You have my word I will take them down but not until I receive a payment. I’m not being held at ransom again I want payment before I take anything down you you let go of my property giving me notice because of the comments that I put up. I didn’t put up anything wrong. I put up the truth and now because I’ve spoke the truth you’re refusing to keep me on your books.

Massive thanks to Stephen at Red Roots Estate Agents. From start to finish he worked so hard for us, and aftwr 12 months and a quick change we finally got over the line. There were a few bumps in the road and some stressful moments, but Stephen kept things moving and never stopped chasing things up when needed.
The biggest difference for us was the communication. We were dealing with William H Brown to buy our new home and it were constantly having to chase for updates. Weekends and evening were out of the questions. Inlike stephen who replied even when on his own family holiday. Stephen was always quick to pick up the phone or drop us a message, and made sure we knew exactly where we stood. That in itself took away a lot of the stress.
In the end, everything worked out and we got there. That is down to Stephen’s hard work and persistence. We’re really grateful and would absolutely recommend Red Roots to anyone looking for an estate agent who’s not only professional, but also genuinely cares about getting the best result for you.

Straightaway, I realised Stephen and the team were not like other generic agencies. They were much more approachable and make use of realistic, honest marketing strategies to achieve successful sales.

Our experience of selling our property with Laura Fallon was fantastic from our first contact with her. Laura was punctual, professional, friendly and very personable. After finally completing our sale and purchase on the 28th May I would highly recommend Red Roots to anyone selling their home. From the moment we first spoke to a first class service with the online sales pitch, first class photos and videos and some great Ariel shots from a drone. Steve was excellent from the off and kept in regular touch on a Watts App group he set up for communication which was very helpful and made him easily contactable. He was in touch with us right to the end and pushed solicitors when things got a bit slow.
So if you’re looking for a good local estate agent at reasonable costs Red Roots are the team. They come highly recommended by us both.

I booked a viewing for a house that was for sale on redroots. so we woke up at 5am so me and my siblings got ready, and we left the house at 06:30 ( we traveled using public transport ). After travelling for over +2 hours when we finally got there there was a guy waiting for us at the door. His facial expressions changed after seeing us ( we are south Asians Muslims ) which made us pretty uncomfortable. He denied us the viewing because APPARENTLY the door wasn’t opening. So we left the place quietly and he didn’t even apologise. I went back to ask him about mortgages and he replied saying that he will ask somebody to contact us. Nobody even contacted me since yesterday or made an apology for wasting our time, we were all fasting as it’s Ramadan so +4 hours of travelling with no food or drink. NEVER IN MY LIFE I FELT SOOO UNCOMFORTABLE THANK YOU VERY MUCH REDROOTS BUT NEVER AGAIN. ( RACISTS )

Me and my partner purchased a house through RedRoots property and we were sold a product that wasn’t necessary but cost us thousands. A fully deserved 5/5 review.
When trying my home, I’ll be honest I did not think of RedRoots. I went with a local agent who was on the high street.
Unfortunately after 3 months of little contact and only a small handful of viewings, I decided to speak with Stephen to gain his advice on what we could do.
The first surprise was that I suggested lowering the price, Stephen said we could do that however first we should look at how my property was being marketed. I trusted Stephen early on and gave notice to the other agent immediately.
Long story short, Stephen and Otis marketed the property fantastically well and turned the advert from good to great in my opinion.
Within 2 weeks, there was around 10 viewings and multiple offers where I achieved full asking price.
The extra money will allow me and my wife to cruise to the Caribbean next year, and I honestly can’t thank Stephen and RedRoots enough. I will be selling another property before the end of the year and I will not be using anyone else!

Our house had previously been for sale with a big company for over 10 months. We did some research and felt that a smaller company that actually wanted to sell our house was much better for us. After a chat with Stephen we knew RedRoots were the one.
The house sold within the first week it was on the market with RedRoots. Their marketing campaign and pictures were great. I've had a fantastic stress free experience with red roots I'll be honest. I began the process of selling my house was let down on the day by another estate agent.
After all the work put in to have your own home spotless and ready it was upsetting, especially after it's a big decision to make in the first place.
