This was the first time I’d sold a house so I was hesitant to use an independent estate agent, but I’m so glad I did! I can’t recommend Chris enough. I’d actually made an offer on a house prior to marketing mine so I needed a really quick turnaround and Chris exceeded my expectations. He and his photographer were able to visit the following day and my advert went live very quickly - it was nice to be involved in choosing the photos and wording of the advert too. Chris has the experience of mainstream estate agents but is able to provide a more personalised experience in my opinion. His communication was quick, clear and viewings were well coordinated. My house was marketed and sold STC within 5 days! Not only is Chris professional and knowledgable, he’s also friendly and very down to earth. From start to finish, his service was nothing short of outstanding. ?We first met Chris at a different viewing and, although that property wasn't right for us, we were so impressed by his approach that we asked him to value our home. Even though we paused our plans due to my pregnancy, Chris remained our first choice. When we were finally ready to sell, we called him immediately. ?Chris was knowledgeable, approachable, and incredibly efficient. He offered us a phenomenal deal as he was establishing his business, and he was genuinely grateful that we had returned to him. ?His advice on marketing was spot on: ?Photography: He recommended professional photos, which were some of the best I have ever seen for a property. They were honest but captured our home in its very best light. ?Description: He wrote a beautiful, engaging description that generated immediate interest. ?Efficiency: Everything moved incredibly fast. Within days, we had multiple viewings booked. ? ?With two young children, we were worried about the disruption of viewings.
