Disgusting redwood Lorraine beard and Lee Adam’s the maintenance man never comes to the house to do the work it’s been reported multiple times. Lorraine bread also knows about the work that needs doing to this house and is refusing to come and sort the problems damp problems leaking roof, smashed doors from Lorraine and lees son has smashed this house up and are still not sorting this.The worse estate agents out there well not all the staff just Lorraine and Lee it’s disgusting letting a family live like that and it’s unexplainable and we be going forwards with this.

This estate agent is the worst’s people i have ever dealt with well the one person really a woman called Lorraine beard and the maintenance man is called Lee Adam’s.
I have a friend in one of there homes and not once has she or he came out to fix the problems linking roof,damp problems, the Electrical's in this house needs changing 1000% not up to regs

Really, really recommend this bunch of ladies and all they have done for us, they have had our property in their capable hands for 3 years, first of all letting the property, 10 out of 10 and more, no problems, then they sold our property within 2 weeks, wowwww, so happy, easy to phone up and speak with and really on the ball, thankyou everyone, would put all your names on here but one and all fantastic.

Redwood Estate Agents are lovely, really helpful and down to earth, they go out of their way to help you with the sale and purchase of your home.

We viewed the property twice, at times convenient to us. Once our offer was accepted, the team at Redwood were extremely supportive, chasing solicitors on our behalf, and updating us on the progress of our purchase. Nicola, is the director of this Estate Agents and was our first point of contact. She honestly went above and beyond to help us get our ex-home into a fit state to be sold at a fair price.
Her team then supported us through the sale process, kept us informed at all steps.
We sold within our initial suggested timescale.

I’ve just completed on a flat purchase as a first time buyer.
Redwood were really honest, friendly and helpful from the start.
I needed a quick purchase due to mortgage offer expiration and they were always happy to help move things along as much as they could.
Any queries were quickly answered and they communicated with the seller in order to pass information both ways.
Communication was always really friendly and you could tell the girls were genuinely happy to be helping a local first time buyer to complete their purchase.

Fast, efficient and most of all friendly Redruth Estate Agents with a very modern approach to house selling here in West Cornwall, use all means to sell your home from traditional local Cornish newspapers to Social media. Areas they cover include Camborne and the outlying villages. As they are a real local independent estate agent they really do know their patch, and look after you rather than the shareholders!
