Within 3days of viewing the property I am buying I got the purchase, and the agent promptly put my house on the market. Next day he rang to say he had 5 viewings lined up for 3 days later, two of which offered the full asking price and one of these was a cash buyer which I gladly accepted. So within 2weeks of deciding to sell up and move I had also sold my own property.... Read more

I would like to say a massive thankyou to Richard and Pam for selling my late fathers house. They were very professional, courteous and thoughtful during the whole process. I was asked to be kept informed and they did exactly that. The house was sold within 24hrs and Richard talked me through the process and said leave it to us, which I did and I wasnt disappointed. Well so far so good i had a few agents working for me but it was Reeds Rains that came through with the goods after 6 months on market and a few viewings from all agencies i excepted an offer and are now just waiting to exchange contacts and fingers crossed it will all go through smoothly...
