I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.... Read more

This is actually a Bangladeshi restaurant but the service and poppadums are great. I thought the currys are very bloating and lacking dynamic Indian spices which is why I rated this establishment as average. ... Read more

Just visited Bilas for the first time on Saturday night. The place was jam packed, probably due to the rugby at Twickenham. We were asked to wait by the bar and given some drinks while a table became available. By this stage, we were worrying how long this meal would take. However, we followed the waiters suggestion that we order prior to being seated, so as to ensure once seated, the food would arrive promptly. Glad we stayed and waited, the food was incredible, served hot and took a reasonable enough time to arrive, if not slightly longer than expected. The Lamb Naga was fantastic,full of flavour but beware, not one for the korma or tikka masala fans, chunks of naga chilli waiting to surprise!!! Really worth noting that while the waiting time for the table took a while, as did the food to arrive, at all points of the night, the staff were very attentive and kept us updated of our order. Even on a busy Saturday night, definitely worth the visit, certainly be back!... Read more
