I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

They are friendly, professional and diligent in every aspect of the process. We had an unusual delay on the recent purchase which was frustrating for all involved, but the Sales Progression Manager (Wendy Curtis) was simply brilliant in helping us through this. A huge thanks to Wendy and the entire team. I’m more than happy to recommend them.

He managed to rent our house out just before Christmas in record time, which was incredibly impressive. His efficiency throughout the entire process was outstanding, and he secured us multiple offers with excellent-quality tenants. Richard handled everything seamlessly, getting the property fully prepared for the new tenancy and completing all the paperwork so quickly and smoothly. The level of organisation and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We had experience with several agents in the area, but the service from Churchods was by far the best. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money and the overall cost of the service. We are very grateful and truly impressed. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. Every issue we reported, big or small, was addressed promptly, including a significant drainage problem that was resolved quickly and efficiently. We were fortunate to have not only kind and thoughtful landlords but also a team of responsive, honest and professional people at HJC to call on. A special thank you to Manique, who was always on hand to provide support and answer any queries without delay, plus it was always lovely to see her in person. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HJC Surbiton whether you’re looking to rent a property from them, or need a reliable team to manage your own. Zoe, Gene, Kelly and the rest of the team at Hamptons in Kingston kept me and my potential buyers informed and updated both on the phone then followed-up with emails. They were proactive the whole time, provided advice where I needed a steer (I made the ultimate decisions but they helped me make them). They were with me every step of the way. Their commission was competitive and lower than other agents and well worth it considering the service I received. Outstanding service with a personal touch from beginning to end. 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I instructed Tudor & Co to sell my mothers flat when she went into care, sadly she passed away during the selling process and so we had to pause to go through probate, it became a very protracted sale. Tudor & Co were brilliant through the sales process and all the difficulties that arose, their communication and advive were excellent and they kept the sale together for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for the sale of a property.
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.

He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. After a sale with another agent fell through, Foxtons was able to secure a new buyer quickly for my freehold property in Richmond. Francis Wilson managed the sale after the offer was agreed and did so with great expertise and dedication. Complicated by the fact that I live in the Netherlands and my solicitor struggled with this sale, Francis kept stepping up, keeping things moving. Five deserved stars!
