Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.... Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.... Read more

I recently sold a property through Righthaus. I had 3 prospective buyers 2 of which did not go through for different reasons. They got a good amount of viewings unlike another local estate agent who hardly got any viewings for the same property. It sold for just under the valuation price but a good price never the less. Thank you to Amanpreet for keeping on top of things & keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale and for doing a sterling job! I would recommend Righthaus to anyone wanting to sell or buy & would use them again if needed.... Read more

Awful letting agent, careless and only care about your money. When I moved in, my stuff was stolen from a rental van. When I told Righthaus they provided zero support. When my en-suite started leaking, a significant amount of mould grew on the ceiling. They took several weeks to get this sorted so they are very slow when it comes to sorting serious maintenance issues. The only professional part of my experience with Righthaus was the documentation they provided when I moved in. After leaving they tried to charge me £140 for cleaning fees, I disputed it with TDS and won. I would recommend you stay clear of renting with Righthaus.... Read more

Terrible service and terrible people. We put offer for the house which was accepted. Then we asked to show the proof of finance so the house can be removed from the market. We sent the information and offer was accepted We instructed our solicitor to proceed with the purchase and later we have been told that somebody has offered higher and we are going ahead with higher offer.
