Joely came out and promised me the earth to get me to market with them and was told they had many clients looking for my type of house in my area. Was assured it would also be marketed at Stapleford. Stapleford knew nothing about my property Once agreed to go with them all went down hill. I had cause to ring the office on a few occasions and messages were not passed on. I was told Joely wasn’t in and I could hear her in the back ground. No communication from them as to what was happening Saw an open day advertised on my property without clear communication from them. I know the market is slow at the moment and a quick call once a week to keep me informed would have been great. My current agent rings regularly just to touch base. Had to ask them to ring me several times however they did a good job, and I would recommend them.but the time we sold, the market was mad and I'm sure if I had a handwritten sign that I did myself, the house would have sold !... Read more

Not value for money, total rip off, we was promised a weekly call! If we have received about about 10 call in 8 months, never got the story correct sold at Christmas and still awaiting to complete sale, we had to chase Robert Ellis to chase the selling chain! We lost our chain once due to them not doing there jobs before the lockdown, they can’t get any worst!... Read more
