I had a viewing with James yesterday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we met.<br><br>James took the time to show me every aspect of the property, answered all my questions patiently, and made the entire viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable. His knowledge of the property and attention to detail were excellent, and I never felt rushed at any point.<br><br>What really stood out was his genuine enthusiasm and approachable personality. He made the whole process much more comfortable and enjoyable than I expected.<br><br>A real credit to the agency, and I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a professional and personable estate agent. Just had a viewing by James today. He was very friendly and did his best to answer any questions we had. Only dropping a star for being slightly late but other than that, he was great!

First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.
