Holly was pleasant, patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. Holly or one of her colleagues always took time to return calls. Holly was understanding that her clients English was not their first language & tried to keep details simple for us to translate for them. When calling into the office a member of staff was there to greet you.

From the moment the valuer came to my property he was professional, punctual and precise! The Negotiator Hollie was excellent throughout the process of selling my house.<br><br>I did speak to the office manager who was very professional and past my messages on for a call back. Hollie would call me back within 10 minutes! Being an ex Estate Agent Employee I would say Hollie would go above and beyond to update me .<br><br>It’s very stressful when selling and buying but would not hesitate to recommend Hollie and the Robert Ellis team at Arnold again!<br><br>From being on the market my sale was completed in about 8 weeks! Buyers were found straight I had multiple offers.<br><br>Hollie is definitely a credit to Robert Ellis Arnold! Keep up the good work Hollie ! Annemarie.
