We recently had a routine inspection conducted by Ryan Troth-Humphreys and we were very pleased with the experience.

This is my first time renting through an agency and I can say, even though you do have to jump through quite a few hoops to get there, I will do it again ????! Helene Sutton was my main point of contact there and she was very helpful and informative and always kept me in the loop. Communication is great! I was always kept up-to-date and the process went through really quickly. And even when moving into the property, I had a couple of questions and these have been addressed, again quickly. We had our house values 375 to 400k we dropped down to 360 over a few months. We felt robert ellis were excellent to get us on board but we had to chase viewers comments after every visit which got frustrating in the end.
