This flat is unfit for habitation and should be avoided at all costs. The property suffers from severe mold, inadequate water supply (a tiny electric tank that runs cold within minutes), freezing conditions due to gaps in the floorboards, and an infested bedroom window that attracts swarms of flies.
The bathroom is cold and unhygienic, while the electricity system is outrageously expensive: £50 lasts only 4 hours without heating. There is no gas supply, making this an exceptionally costly and impractical property.
Tenants consistently leave within weeks. The landlord refuses to carry out repairs or improvements, leaving the property in a hazardous and substandard condition.
This flat is unsafe, unaffordable, and unsuitable for anyone to live in. Renters are strongly advised to avoid this property.

Don’t agree with one star
Don’t sign any property with out getting Property license checks and certificates for all parts of the house from landlords to safety inspection because we had house from 5 years of hell with them not doing the checks the landlord was not licensed and no planning for the property they did not check the law with the Electric supplier? As was cash for landlord not by law
Damp in every room and water leaks from Bodman and landlord and if u watch any scum landlords on tv his one of them thanks to this company so please be careful and do your own research in the place b4 signing
So on the 27th dec dps emailed me to say on the 20th December I agree to pay £750 over to a the landlord what I did not and I will not get any money back from them for this how sign a key over to not get the deposit back hmm don’t touch this company as they only here for the scum landlords they don’t do there checks and scam people with poor housing

Extremely disappointed in this estate agents. When looking for a property to rent I found a place I really liked but was told they don’t accept pets. I told the agent who was dealing with the property that I had a registered service dog. She continued to refer to the animal as a pet and I corrected her several times. The following day she informed me that our application was unsuccessful as the landlord does not accept pets. Once again I told her that he is not a pet, he is a service dog. I was discriminated against because of my disability which is illegal and lost out on a property because of it.

Josh Grey what a first class service you provided. If you like to be lied to and Messed about then this guy and this company is the go to place . All the good reviews must be fixed or payed someone to wright them .Were do u start with such a company lets keep it short and simple. So unprofessional its unreal that these are in business. So they sell us a house SSTC before xmas no paper work just verbal its sold to us and told theres no chain. So come January ring them up to be told the seller hasnt found a property to buy . With no chain involved i said it dosnt really matter . Josh thats dealing with sale “who told you there was no chain” Recap you did and the seller said no chain involved. So now the end of February and i have avoice mail saying if i dont contact by end of day they will take house off market . This is great when you working away and dont get msg till gone 6pm . So go on line and house as been taken down off line . All i can say politely is what a bunch of muppets . if you want to waste your time with these buying or selling a property then these guys are 100% right for u .Would i recommend these estate agents no, would i sell my property through these no, would i buy through these no, would i contact them for free advice no . We would highly recommend Roger Parry & Partners. We dealt with Peter Lowarch and Josh Gray and both were very professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. They made a difficult and stressful time bearable by showing us understanding and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble for them and if they were out of the office and unable to take our call they always returned our calls promptly and with the information we needed. The Shrewsbury office are great team including the reception staff who were always cheerful, polite and helpful.

Roger Parry’s have been amazing in my experience. Me and my boyfriend had had many months of not being able to find a rented flat due to old credit issues and we are now living in a wonderful two bedroom flat exactly where we wanted to be thanks to them. The staff are all very friendly, and Sophie, who has been our liaison for the whole experience is honestly incredible. Every little thing, or big thing has been dealt with quickly and they never make you feel like a nuisance. As a first time renter they have also been incredibly supportive and informative. I would highly recommend renting with them.
