Avoid at all costs
Horrific experience with this letting agent. They would never reply to any emails about work needing to be done. However if they needed something they would expect me to reply straight away.
For months I asked if something could be done over the flooring as it was so poorly fitted and a huge trip hazard, we had a child in the house. They refused to fix the floor but tried to take my deposit to replace it once I left. The DPS obviously didn't agree to this as the flooring was in such poor condition on commencement of the tenancy.
I feel sorry to whoever has moved into the property as it was in desperate need of decorating. I think the landlord had tried to do odd jobs themself but clearly wasn't very skilled. The car park was also underwater due to the biggest pothole I have ever seen.
We only lived in the property for a year because we couldn't cope with the lack of communication. Our current letting agent and all previous have been amazing so we weren't expecting such a poor experience.

Thank you so much for all your hard work in selling our properties, they were not the most easiest to sell, but you worked well with us and we had full trust in you, We had joint estate agents and you were the ones who were always there at the end of the Phone, made sure we were always kept in the loop and a special mention must go to Jo and Clemmie before she left who were amazing and i would highly recommend.
