13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. I would never ever use Rettie again!

Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of professionalism, communication and efficiency was exceptional. We couldn’t recommend the Corum Hyndland Road branch highly enough. George & Ryan xx

A very friendly and approachable person. I hope his work ethic and client centred approach is appreciated internally as it is externally.<br><br>I had a horrible experience with another estate agent and spoke to Allan for some advice, and even though I ended up changing my mind about selling, Allan was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. I truly felt supported and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
16th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter.
