Time wasters, lost a 30 minutes trip for a viewing that did not happen! Arrived 5 minutes late due to and ice and the local transit, did not bother to call or wait! The landlord could have done a deal today!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR RENTALS
We live next door to a property "managed" by them. It's awful, they are letting the house deteriorate but don't care as long as it looks okay on the surface.
The house has damp from several leaks and Russell Cope only did something about the leak that was making our house damp too because we finally threatened them with legal action; but they've ignored the other leaks in the house.
The fencing has broken but they won't replace it, which means horses can get into the garden. They allowed tenants to live in a property with black mould and did nothing about it.
They send unqualified and uninsured people to do work on the property and expect us to allow these people to come on our property to access problem areas. For example they have people working at height that are not trained or insured for it. I presume they're cheap.
I was a Structural Inspection Engineer (my reports had to be able to stand up in court) and was fully qualified to work at height so I know when a company is avoiding their responsibilities in these areas. Sadly, these guys are.

Absolutely fantastic service, Jane and Donna handled selling my property and buying another at the same time, nothing was too much trouble, even showing me round places at short notice and after office hours. Can't recommend Russell Cope enough

Ive seen 5 houses only 1 i like put in offer for 2. Had to get my reference money back of £180 because i havent got anywhere with them. Bare in mind im disabled and they have me looking at 2 propertys in a day. Both miles away from each other where i have to walk. Only to be told that theres someone already put application in. Then why show me.
