Unhelpful. We’ve booked a viewing for last Thursday, on Thursday we’ve called multiple times to rearrange it to today, was told three times someone would call us back and they never did. We finally got through and were told it’s ok to move to Tuesday and they’ll confirm. Well it’s Tuesday now, no confirmation and no contact from them either. Even if the vendor is being difficult, it would be nice to at least be proactive and let us know. Time wasters and unprofessional.

We had a look at Purple Bricks, Belvoir including S&G which is local to our area. Weighing up the options whether to go with the cheap and hard work option of PB or the services of an estate agent we broke down the costs versus amount of grief and hard work involved.
We viewed our now house it was Sansome and George that facilitated it. Other estate agents were cheesey and not commital. The high level of service, Prompt timings, negotiated fees, and frank and honest conversations meant that Sansome and George came out on top.
They facilitated the griefy show house appts and took the pain out of moving. David was attentive and personable without the pushy sales type that often is stereotyped with estate agents.
I would use them without hesitation over all the other estate agents in the North Hampshire area.

I have used Sansome & George in Tadley several times over the years, having moved home at least 3 times whilst I lived in the area. I chose them because they are a Local, Family run business, who have extensive knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend them for their personal service. The staff are polite and courteous and David is a pleasure to work with.

Terrible estate agent luckily didn't buy through. Other Very good agents who are all superior to this poor excuse for an estate agent. Never deal with issues or return calls .

We enquired about a property in Plantation Rd Tadley. First we were told by Nicky Bedward it had already sold, then she said " if you want to see it to rule it out we've got lots of appointments on Saturday" When I said "yes please" she said we've only one at 1030 am. We finally viewed, made an offer on the Monday to be told our offer had been rejected.After our offer was rejected, we phoned to offer a raised bid, but were told that the vendor had made their mind up, and wouldn't consider any further bids.
A week later we were told that the vendors were asking for final offers again.
Not sure why we were contacted again as we had already put in our best and final offer.
Too many mind games for our liking.

Sansome and George were excellent to deal with. They were very responsive to all enquiries, and certainly went above-and-beyond my expectations.
I'd like to personally thank David and the team for making a stressful time as bearable as possible, and I have no reservations in whole-heartedly recommending them.

Sansome and George helped my partner and I buy our first home in Tadley back in 2019.
We had quite a big move ahead of us at the time and David, Lawrence and Heidi did an amazing job in helping us every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Sansome and George if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.
