   We had an unusual private property to sell in what seemed to be a changeable market and really weren't sure how best to go about it. We were somewhat daunted by the whole challenge.<br><br>Jacob Felix from Belvoir willingly visited and sat down with us. He explained the current market, explained potential approaches, recommended what he felt to be the best approach and the sale price he felt was likely to be achieved.<br><br>His advice was outstandingly good and proved to be both accurate and advantageous.<br><br>The marketing materials produced were very professional and very impactful.<br><br>The viewings were organised by Alison Hines and were well arranged, well carried out and the hit rate was astonishing. The post visit updates were particularly good.<br><br>Jacob then went above and beyond supporting and advising us through the process from the point of offer, through exchange and completion.<br><br>There were various glitches and challenges not caused by us and Jacob was there to advise, clarify and resolve at every step.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jacob and his team too highly, they left nothing undone.    We cannot recommend Tildey of Gascoigne-Pees in Tadley highly enough. Having recently completed the purchase of our new home through them we were incredibly fortunate to have Tildey involved in the process.<br><br>From start to finish, Tildey’s communication, dedication and professionalism were exceptional. She kept us informed, chased things when necessary, responded quickly to questions and consistently went above and beyond to keep the purchase moving forward.<br><br>What really stood out was Tildey’s ability to deal with challenges calmly and professionally. Whenever an issue arose, Tildey didn’t simply pass it on — she took ownership, communicated with everyone involved and worked incredibly hard to find solutions.    My partner and I have generally had the best experience with Parker’s Tadley.<br><br>We lived at a rented property for just over 2 and a half years and I can’t thank Julie enough for all the help she has given us over the years. Julie is very quick to respond to emails, she points us in the right direction with advice and she shows she cares.<br>Not only has she been great with emails but she has always been available on the end of the phone if we needed her. When we have had maintenance issues she’s quick to speak to the landlord on our behalf and the issues get resolved quickly. Julie would come round to carry out a routine house visit and from the 1st visit to our last she was always so positive, happy and showed a real interest in our lives.
