From my first meeting with Bradley at Sharman Quinney I felt at ease. Bradley got my father's property on the market in record time and before I knew it we had viewing's and an offer. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone kept me updated, answered any questions I had and generally helped me keep calm, so I just want to thank Bradley, Milly and Tayler for doing an amazing job, they are an incredible team and I highly recommend them.
UPDATE - our sale has gone through stress free due to the continued help of Milly, she has held my hand throughout this process and has gone above and beyond to get questions answered for our sale. Sharman Quinney were really friendly and helpful. I asked to view the property multiple times and this was never an issue. Millie was very knowledgable about the seller, the property and even offered some insight into the local area as I am from outside of peterborough. sharman quinney also have their own conveyancing support which certainly made the whole process a lot smoother.

To use Sharman Quinney was the best choise. I highly recommend Brad because he has arranged everything very quickly to get our home on the market and when for us it seemed hopeless to find the new home in the rightmove and everywhere we looked at, as the market right now is really crazy, he called me to say that he found us the new home ! He found as the home we always wanted !!! He is really good and strong personality making things right, always with I can do attitude ! If not Brad I dont think we would have a chance to find the new home right now..we are so pleased and thankfull for him. Millie was the person whom were showing our aparment and she has spoken with our management company to find out everything about our flat to give the clients the best information, which helped to sell our flat very quickly ! She is always smiling and very lovely. The photos were taken by Dave, very professionally - I recommend, very good quality photos. The most time I spent communicating with Kirsten, she spent a lot of time explaining everything and counting all the £, gave a lot of information and have got us a good deal ! We were not one of the easiest customers, Kirsten was really very helpful and patient- she is amazing communicator and very warm person, I only spoke with her over the phone but the good energy and positivity you can feel even not seeing her. She has spent a lot of time with us providing outstanding service and we really appreciate for all she did being with us and supporting in every step. Talking with her for a few minutes you feel that you know her for ages !

have provided the arrangements for the smooth purchase of a retirement property for my mother.
We live in Hertfordshire and had to make the arrangements for viewing by phone and email due to the Pandemic.
The property visit was conducted under safe Social distancing measures.
The Estate Agent assigned was Michael Johnson who was punctual, knowledgeable about the local area, patient with questions asked,
Via email, phone and in person.
Michael has helped to facilitate the purchase and demonstrates good open communication and organisational skills

Like all agents we experienced they’re very friendly and enthusiastic to sell your property. They kept us updated during the process about viewings and feedback after the viewing any initially thoughts of the viewer and then more detailed later on. All the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the local market.
Only downside would say we sold though another agent and it took 3 phone calls and an email before 10 days after initially asking for them to either show the property sold or removed from market. This did cause us distress as our buyers were questioning why the property was on the market still! So would not because of this give them 100% recommendation as an agent to use.

We are buys, Royston is dealing the property we are interested in. It is terrace house . We saw the property 12th September and put offer, then noone came back to us. We called 4/5 times on different days to know whats happening. Royston persistent on higher bid, so we did, he admitting their was no higher offer then us. Now after 1 month on no result. He has not come back to us.
It is very non-professional. It is normal courtesy to call back weather vender agreed or not. He havenot issued any rejection letters that we put offers twice. So our guess is either vender doesnot know their is offer on the table or he is favouring someone so undermining us. This is not the way to deal with client. We are very devastated and will not recommend to anyone.

I can't praise her enough Victoria Newcomb was so helpful and accommodating. Leicester's complete lock-down was quite difficult time for me I was in the process of changing tenants but couldn't come out of Leicester. Victoria handled everything departure of old tenants, sourcing new tenants, contracts, inventory, certificates, swift transition of energy provider...... the lot She even got me a better rental.

Only dealt with Rosytron I believe his name is, very pushy and doesn’t listen to your needs, only interested in pushing you towards other properties which you can clearly see online. To be honest with you I didn’t even bother pursuing the house based on his poor skills to listen to anything you have to say. Will call you near enough daily even if though I asked him not to bother as I’m working all week!

The only person you can talk to and get any answers is Paul, thank you for everything, he is very beneficial to the team. Anyway I hope I will never have to deal with you when it comes to buying. We was trying to buy a house from them but have been manipulated all the time.
The Vendor refuses to make some repairs to electrical work , I have been told this is not a legal requitmen , I know is not , I paid for the electrician appointment, never asked for any money, waisted 150pounds as he refuses to correct it. After 4 weeks we haven't make a step foword and decided to give up on this house. They are very agresive and rude people
They have wasted 4 weeks of our time.
Stay away from them, AVOID, waist of Time.

Please use another company. House buying is the most major expense of your life do not involve this unprofessional company who have no values or ethics. We spent 3 months dealing with them to purchase a house and meet the target price only to discover they did not have the permission of one of the two vendors to sell the house and it was discovered he had left the country and did not want to sell. In the meantime I had sold and moved out of my house in order facilitate the sale! Lucky I have now purchased another by private means. I left a poor comment on their facebook page sometime back, today someone created a fake profile and send me some very strange comments, then blocked me and then removed the fake profile and comments. This company is very unprofessional. There are many good agents out there please use them and save your sanity.

I have dealt with Paolo Maraio on 2 occasions now for an initial mortgage and now a re-mortgage, the reason l am leaving this feedback is because his service is outstanding. Paolo keeps you informed every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble. I will be seeing Paolo again in 2 years time, he is a credit to the company.

Paolo mortgage guy is good. But everyone else is really bad. Russell knowingly deceived us into a mortgage/house and associated fees when vendor wasn't ready to sell. After we committed into purchase, Russell said he would call us 3 times but didn't. They didn't reply to conveyances emails. Brendon initially was going to look into something but didn't. Natalie was good but she's moved.
