I’ve viewed a lot of properties with Sharman Quinney over the past few months, and one person has consistently stood out: Charlotte Wright. She’s one of those rare estate agents who genuinely loves helping people find their dream home — and it shows in every interaction.<br><br>From the start, Charlotte was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, even when I had very specific requirements and a few strong opinions about what I didn’t want. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and kept refining the search until she was finding properties that were almost perfect matches. In fact, she found me the right house three separate times — the only thing that held me back was the infrastructure around the properties, which is entirely down to the council and completely outside her control.<br><br>What I appreciated most was her enthusiasm. I’d joke about wanting to “move the house” to a different location, and without missing a beat she’d smile and say, “I’ll see what I can do.” We both knew it wasn’t possible, but her willingness to entertain the idea made the whole process lighter and more enjoyable. She even humoured my attempt at a “three?for?one deal,” which says everything about her patience and sense of humour.<br><br>And even after my search moved outside Sharman Quinney’s area, Charlotte didn’t just move on. She still emails me, genuinely curious about what I’ve found and whether I’ve put in an offer. That level of care — wanting to know how things turned out even when it’s no longer part of her patch — is incredibly rare. It shows how much she truly invests in helping people find a home, not just a property. When you’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life, choosing the place that’s meant to be your safest space, that personal touch matters more than anything. Charlotte gets that instinctively, while still being completely professional.<br><br>Charlotte is, without exaggeration, the biggest asset Sharman Quinney has. She’s knowledgeable, kind, endlessly patient, and genuinely committed to helping people find the right home — not just any home. To her managers and head office: please don’t ever let her go. My daughter recently took on a rented property through Sharman Quinney. Her agent was Naz who was so helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and the whole process was so smooth and stress free. When Naz wasn't in the office Chris was really helpful. Would highly recommend them to help with anyone's move.

I had three unaccompanied viewings and sold my property through SQ. The company did good photography and marketed the property and that's where their helpfulness stopped. The lack of communication through the whole sale process was diabolical. They withheld information and made a stressful process ten times worse. Would not sell through them again.

We had a great experience with the agency throughout the process of renting our house, and I’d especially like to thank Sophie Newman for all her help and support.<br>Sophie was genuinely lovely to deal with from beginning to end. She was always friendly, approachable, and happy to help with any questions we had. We’ve been very happy with the service and guidance we received throughout the process of buying our flat. We worked particularly closely with Tawnee and Sophie, and they were both extremely helpful, professional and approachable. They always took the time to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the process. We changed Estate agents. The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

Naz and Sarah were both incredibly helpful throughout my recent rental process. Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule.
They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me.

We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.
