Amazing estate agents. I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness.
They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. They all felt more like friends than us just being clients. I am happy to say our house sold with them and went through very quickly. Charan has been brilliant throughout the whole process. When we met him, he showed just how efficient he was- and he was throughout! His efficiency got our flat sold in record time (luckily for us, it took just over a week) with the least amount of disruption because he scheduled viewings well. His professionalism and experience helped us through the whole process and we were very lucky to have Shaw & Co help us. In particular, he was very calming when I was stressing about the timelines!
Shaw & Co agents were all very easy to get a hold of and helped explain the process clearly. When situations changed, they gave us the tools and ideas to explore different options in order to sell ours and buy our next home. Their pricing is fair with no hidden costs and fees. They chased up all parties involved to ensure that the whole conveyance process ran smoothly. They were efficient in that they booked us in very quickly to do a valuation, take photos of our house, and the paper work all in one!

We just bought our beautiful new home through Shaw & Co.
Maria was absolutely brilliant the entire way through the process. She was always calm, friendly and at no point made us feel under pressure at all.
Whenever we had any questions Maria had all the answers and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed.
Honestly, the whole process was made to feel straightforward and relaxed, but never slow or dragging.

I changed to Shaw after being on the market a while and not being entirely happy with my previous agent. Shaw where a breath of fresh air, from the first phone call to being on the market was a couple of days, and they had viewings immediately, lots of viewings, sometimes multiple viewing in a day!
Communication was excellent, emails were often answered late at night, and there's no annoying automated telephone system, you're always straight through to actual person.
Pav, Shiv and Maria were fantastically helpful and proactive, I was never running around chasing them. It's a terribly stressful time and this makes a huge difference.
10/10 would recommend.

What makes an excellent estate agent ? well in this case a dedicated team, working together to sell your property. In this case the property to be sold was a rental property which meant that the agent needed to work closely with the existing tenant in order to arrange viewings at a time when it was convenient to both the tenant and the prospective purchasers.
Maria Piccoli an Associate Property Consultant working out of the Whitton Office of Shaw & Co was exactly the type of person you would wish to be representing you in the sale of your property, her communication skill were second to non, she understood totally the needs of the tenant, the purchaser and of course the client and worked effortlessly to hit her objectives.
On receiving an offer Maria and her immediate manager Pav Lall worked together to qualify the offer and arrange for the sales/purchase to proceed
Pav monitored the progress on a daily basis to ensure all relevant information was passed through the acting solicitors so as to make the process of selling and purchasing seamless.
I received regular updates from both Maria and Pav. On occasions when I sent Pav emails after office hours, he responded by return. This is not a 9 to 5 company.
Over the years I have worked with many estate agents so have experience good and bad, Shaw & Co in my books rate as excellent. If you intend selling a property ask them for a quote, you will not be disappointed..

When we rang Shaw & Co to view a Flat at Renaissance Court, Hounslow, a lovely Lady, Maria, showed us around. We found her to be truly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. She answered all our questions to our satisfaction, and we decided to proceed with the purchase of the Flat.
From day one Maria was always upfront, dependable, and easily contactable. She never failed to pickup the phone or ring back. I was even able to text/phone her outside of normal working hours.
Buying and selling a property is always, incredibly stressful. At one stage the aspect of purchase did become quite challenging, but Maria played a key part in ensuring the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of ALL parties. I would give her TEN OUT OF TEN all the way.
