After initially making the mistake of choosing an estate agent who persuaded me that they could achieve an unrealistic price for our property, I unfortunately lost a considerable amount of time before deciding to change agents.<br><br>From the very beginning, Maria was a breath of fresh air. She was highly professional, honest and realistic about the market and what we could expect to achieve. Her communication was excellent throughout — she was always responsive, approachable and easy to deal with.<br><br>Maria worked tirelessly to generate interest and arrange viewings, and her hard work and persistence ultimately resulted in the successful sale of our property.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maria to anyone looking to sell their home. I only wish I had instructed her from the start, and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future.
