SBK is an absolutely abhorrent letting agency that thrives on taking advantage of helpless tenants. We received our property in mouldy condition with faulty appliances and broken bulbs, and debris in our bins and front garden and in the shed. They have blamed it all on us when we're leaving it in the same condition it was given to us. Thankfully we have taken pictures of everything and we will be taking this further. Stay away. They are all smiles at first and pretend to be friendly but don't make the mistake I made.... Read more

I have had connections with Sheldon Bosley knight and there predecessors for over 50 years, most recently as letting agents for our property. Our existing tenants submitted their statutory notice of four weeks, I informed SBK a week after that and within that remaining time we had attracted six possible clients, all of which were shown round the property in a professional and covid secure manner and regular updates, were reported back to us. Within 48 hrs of agreeing our new tenant, contracts were issued, terms agreed then followed up with notification to all utilities and hand over completed. Both Sue whom I have known for some time and Sarah, the new girl on the block were exemplary throughout in both conduct and professional attitude.
