* edit to response I recommend the owner ( no name ) starts listing to calls before leaving a response to genuine reviews when your security says you will get a call back today and you have chased twice to be met with the rudest estate agent I’ve ever dealt with you should adress these issues before leaving a half assed response and understanding the was no fowl language or abuse from myself but wouldn’t it be convenient for your staff member to suggest that to cover up his shocking behaviour

I've recently completed a property purchase which was being marketed by Sibley Pares.
Mitchell Bourner (representing the seller) was fantastic to deal with. Mitchell was friendly, professional and always responsive to any questions we had. At various times, he also played a key role in keeping things moving between solicitors, helping to push the admin (and sale) along.
Both Mitchell and Sibley Pares were very easy to deal with and I would certainly recommend them to others looking to buy and sell a property.

We recently moved home to Sutton Valence. We viewed a number of properties in the area with Marcus Monger at Sibley Pares. We could not have wished for better support and guidance from Marcus who was always available in person or by phone. My only reason for dropping 1 star to 4 stars, is that it took a week for my rental money and deposit to reach my account, and took a number of calls to their finance department to chase this.

From the very first time we met our agent Marcus when viewing properties we noticed he engaged with us a lot more than previous agents who would make us feel rushed to have a quick look around whilst they stand there on their phone or silent, Marcus was friendly, chatty, pointing notable things out to us and ultimately making the entire viewing more relaxed. Since 2020 when we first met and started a relationship with the Sibley team, we have always felt cared for and supported. Everyone has been timely, courteous and professional. We have been lucky enough to rent properties all over the world and we can honestly say they are 'head & shoulders' above them all. They have always responded quickly, to a few minor issues which occur along the way, and we really feel we can depend on Sibley.

Initially moved into my flat in 2019 and left at the end of September 2023. I appreciate that estate agents will not always get things right and their powers are also limited by the landlords but I have to give Sibley pares credit for how they have managed the property. Although there are still a few issues outstanding, over the past four years, they have provided me with a place I could call home and helped me to manage it whenever issues came up. The staff Lou and Mitch have been great and even a lady who deals with sales had helped me out when I was locked out during an early morning. Thanks for everything and all the best ????

Friendly staff(the ladies I've spoken to on the phone) but not efficient and they dont care about the customers; from my experience I am guessing that they just care about which customer will pay the quickest. First time I called was couple of weeks ago regards a commercial property and was told it was under offer, I told them that if anything changes to give me a call back as I was really interested in the property. Then the property became available again and I HAD to call them back. They didn't even bother sending me an email or anything to inform me that the property is back on the market again. I called them again on the 11th of October; was told that the property is still available but the agent isn't available at the moment. They offered me a call back around 5 the same day(NEVER HEARD FROM THEM). I called them again today(the next day) and was told that an offer was accepted the previous night...
Very dissapointed and they didn't even offer me any other options regarding any other properties they might have.
Being a bit more professional won't harm anyone and it's not all about profit but you know better.

clearly a company that dont keep account of what tenants have moved in or out (which is pretty important) because i've just had a 'highly important' email sent through asking for rent when i moved out over a month ago!!! ontop of that, they want my entire deposit as well as another £700 for damages that i'm certain they wont repair. like claiming to replace the entire carpet in a bedroom for one small stain? ridiculous. my landlord was nice, but i've had a horrible experience with sibley pares.

Painful! Viewed shop unit on the 7th. E-mailed agent on the Saturday with questions (okay, not everyone works on a Saturday). Left message asking for a call back but no one got back to me. Called again on Monday. Told agent busy all day but would get back to me. No response. Called again on Wednesday. Finally got a very generic e-mail to say some of the questions still awaiting answers on. Called again today. Told by agent been busy doing viewings. Expressed concern that there is a lack of communication and was then told that he had been busy and this was 'the nature of his job'. Given him until close of business today to get back to me. What's the point of doing loads of viewings if agent then doesn't follow these up or keep a potential client in the loop? I'm a mortgage adviser and if this was my attitude towards clients I wouldn't have a business left.

Terrible service! Awful people! We were looking for commercial property. The first agent ignored us, then we agreed with the second agent to meet to see the property, but he just did not come. Having contacted them again, and now they dont know about this appointment at all, and from this property they don't even have the keys. It’s mean i book an appointment of the ghost, and the property ghostly as well, but you still can find it in their site! I advise you not to get involved with this company. Time wasted and unscrupulous people.
