Communication needs to improve and tennant need to be kept more up to date to avoid frustrating communication issues. We spoke with management and hopefully things will improve from now on, but unfortunately for now I can only give 2 stars. Looking forward to give a higher rating in the future if the issues will be sorted.

We let our property through Coles for a number of years. It was never an easy one to manage, being Grade 2 listed and coming with the obvious issues old houses bring. The service and responses were timely and professional and although challenging meant we could step back and let them get on with managing it. We eventually sold and let them handle the sale for a good price and speedy turnaround.

Words can't even describe how unprofessional, rude and discriminating this organisation is! The lengths they're willing to go to based on lies is unbelievable, and to knowingly cause so much distress to an oap is disgraceful.
This is just a word of caution as I'm sure they are lovely to their landlords and tenants as long as problems don't occur with a property. And Coles, before you attempt to write a personal rude reply, like you have done with the others (embarrassingly unprofessional), be forewarned that the newspaper will be my next stop .. with all the written evidence!

Very unprofessional!
After arranging another viewing I was told to be there within 10 mins, I rushed from one side of Ashford to another only to find the letting agent had already disappeared.
It's frustrating because I could of been a potential tennant, and the letting agent could of waited for me to arrive, especially after we all had to wait for her to arrive the previous day, 10 minutes late!
