Monika As a tenant I obviously have to liaise with letting agents and sometimes more regularly than other times. This branch of Andrews and its staff I’ve always held in high regard. In recent times I have had liaise with Monika for one thing or another and always found her very helpful and professional. I think she’s brilliant at her job - how speedily issues are dealt with, communication and general helpfulness. Thus far I am pleased as it all makes life more bearable in stressful times. Absolutely appalling service from a tenant's perspective, a totally landlord centric agency IMO. At least two members of staff didn't appear to have the sense they were born with. Demands for money for repairs which were the responsibility of the landlord, delays and stalling tactics, asserting the landlord had been contacted when they hadn't ... the list goes on. Keep records of every communication you have with them and take pictures of every defect you find at the start of your tenancy and also pictures of the flat before you leave as they will deduct a huge amount from your deposit without this evidence....
