This is the first house we've sold in nearly 30 years and due to concerns about the widely reported malpractices of national chains, we were determined to use a small independent estate agent. Of those whom we invited to view our property, Spencer was the most impressive. Bullish but realistic and very positive. Throughout the whole process, the whole firm was very efficient, comms were excellent and timely and all calls were taken immediately or returned very quickly. During a mildly challenging period with our buyer it was crystal clear Spencer was representing the sellers (us) as his only priority.
