Stanford Estate gave us the most knowledgable and enthusiastic pitch when getting valuations. There were quality issues with the sales brochure when it was being prepared, but this was eventually resolved before we went to market. They did a good job of getting people viewing, and finding a realistic offer more quickly than expected. They were reasonably good at responding to queries during the progression of the sale, although always very good at sending over queries from the buyer.... Read more
