We recently used Stanfords to sell our flat and had a brilliant experience. Our agent was Lewis and he was great, so good at communicating with us and really on it with pushing things forward.
Previous experience of estate agents hasn’t been great and this experience was outstanding, highly recommend.

I felt they had an accurate sense of the market in our locality and delivered on a rapid sale promise. If you need an higher price, other estate agents will try to find that for you. That might be the right approach for you, but if you want to sell at the market price, Standford’s aim to do that for you.
