Massive support when purchasing a newbuild via Staniford Grays. The ladies initially, and then followed by Ben who was brilliant throughout.<br>We had a very difficult sale and he was there to support and advise from the beginning.<br>Thanks guys, you were brilliant.

Ben at Staniford who are the agents for our new development house purchase supported us really well when our own house sale fell through. He kept us informed and reassured during the process of our second buyer’s conveyancing. It was a stressful process with added complications from our buyer so this contact from Ben was welcome and supported us throughout the whole time.

I cannot recommend Stanifords highly enough. I met with Alice and Jane and both provided excellent service in a professional and friendly manner. Viewing to completion was seamless and nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately I was left very disappointed by this agent. The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored.
When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.
