From the off I had a great experience with Stephenson Browne Sandbach; Belle came out to do my valuation and was very friendly and helpful and consistently supported throughout the sale process. The team at Sandbach are absolutely phenomenal, especially Cathy who went over and above to get our sale over the line. Cathy spent hours chasing solicitors and following up with not only our buyers but the estate agents and solicitors further down the chain. On the day of completion everything was incredibly tense and solicitors were moving very slowly, however, Cathy kept on top of the situation and kept me updated throughout the day.

We had the most soul destroying things happen while selling our house, multiple pull outs from the bottom of the chain and the house going on and off the market several times because of this. Stephenson Browne were amazing, from the branch in Newcastle under Lyme to Cathy at sales progression everybody worked tirelessly to push the process along. This team throughout have gone above and beyond. They are nothing short of amazing and I cannot thank them enough. Brilliant estate agents, I would not use anyone else. Thank you

It's a great shame the old team left and that the Sandbach branch is now run by the Crewe office.
Staff turnover seems high and no one answers the phone anymore. The basic level of communication by email is very poor and lacks any form of professionalism.
Lastly, if you are looking for a new tenant and want to avoid the problems I have experienced, I strongly suggest you do the vetting yourself!

However I have purchased a house from you a while ago.... Not great service to be honest and also tried to sell with you which was interesting.
Conflicting advice all the time (don't change the price too often, then told to change it a week later), poor house write up, viewings that suddenly cancel, random questions from potential purchasers and my favourite was a new viewing wanted to be made as I said I was leaving!
In my opinion really not good, so much wasted time money and effort on my part!

From the start of my experience with Stephenson Brownie I have always had a professional, competent and very personal service.
All requests for viewings were quickly acknowledged and supported by follow up emails confirming the appointment details, and who I would be meeting.
Once a property was found and the application process was commenced, I was kept fully informed of the forms and information required and guided how to complete and forward all the required details. The handover was completed simply and easily, but the support has not ceased there. Any queries and questions since move in date have been handled in a very friendly but professional and competent manner.

Exceeded all my expectations - Fantastic !! All the staff were fantastic and I could not have wished for better service. They were realistic but positive about our valuation, sold it well and supported us through some inevitable ups and downs. Hugs and empathy when one buyer pulled out, but quickly followed by optimism and sold again in just a few days. All the staff at the Sandbach branch are excellent. We found them all to be very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile in order to keep things moving. In particular the help Debbie gave us was invaluable. Having experienced weeks and weeks of very slow conveyancing from the solicitors we were using, Debbie intervened both with the seller and their solicitor and by doing so everything was agreed within a very short period. Without her assistance the process would certainly have been prolonged.
