Although our first impressions were very good, that quickly changed when the purchase went to the sales progressor, things went a little down hill. The lack of communication was very disappointing however, this changed when that progressor left the business and the file was passed to Toria. Since then Toria has been very informative and updated me since taking this purchases on. We have now completed and couldn't thank Toria enough for all she's done to help.

Amanda, Helen,Gerry and the whole team were all amazing and couldn’t have made finding a new home and the experience of moving any better for us. Communication was brilliant, all very helpful and happy and obviously take great pride in their jobs and the service they provide. Moving house is very stressful but the whole team took a lot of the stress away for us and made moving an enjoyable experience. From all our family we are extremely grateful to them.

I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on.
I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.
