I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on.

Stephenson Browne had good background knowledge of the market and sales trends for the type of property I was selling. They provided weekly updates on views, website clicks and general market sales trends. Fees were reasonable and comparable with other agents.
