Absolutely appalling service. Avoid them at any cost. Messed me around with key collection for which I had to cancel my movers and rearrange another for last minute which cost me a fortune- just because Stoneacre was careless about it. Advertised a property with full white goods including Washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer etc. When I moved in there was no washer and dryer and no fridge freezer. Landlord asking me to buy it and he will reimburse it for me. Also cooker hood doesn't work, so had to buy it from my own pocket which the landlord will reimburse. So moved into a house without any cooker or fridge freezer or washing machine and will have to wait a week for all these necessities to be delivered and installed. need I mention that I have paid above the asking price for the listed property! The entire outside of the house has cobwebs all across- which looks like not been cleaned for years (although inside of the property was cleaned) Stoneacre simply blamed everything on the landlord, however i had no dealing with the landlord at all. Stoneacre showed me the property, signed my contract and also took my payment- but they blame the landlord for this. Contract was signed and money was paid full upfront almost 3 weeks before the move in date with Stoneacre. This has cost me almost additional £1000 just because they have not done their job right. They did not call or contact the landlord to check if everything was ready and done before the move, they just sign a deal and move on to the next one as this is the impression i got from them. I would never use them again and will never recommend Stoneacre Chapel Allerton to anyone. AVOID, and save yourself some time and money.... Read more

From the initial valuation through to the sale of my property Stoneacre were a pleasure to deal with, everyone was polite and curtious regardless of who you spoke to. My only criticism is that on occasions I had to ask for feedback after a viewing rather than the agent offering it.
