Awful communication - avoid if you can.<br><br>Tried ringing them every day last week, multiple times a day, to book in a viewing and got told somebody would be in touch. They weren't.<br><br>Finally got a viewing for this Friday and have now been told the property has already been let. If they'd picked up the phone and booked me in last week, this could have been avoided. Communication has been non-existent. Would give zero stars if possible.

Katie Marshall is an excellent estate agent. My sister and I are in the process of. Buying a property with Stonesacre. She has carried out the relevant services in an efficient and professional way. She responds to enquiries expeditiously and offers appropriate levels of support throughout the buying process. My sister highly esteems her services and has stated that she has been the best estate agent we have had (unfortunately, we have had a couple of other estate agents). We highly recommend Katie Marshall.

Information about viewings, dates and time were immediate, with follow-up responses.
Katie works in a team, so I also know which team member is showing a potential buyer around the property.
