I recently applied for a flat through Stone Acres and was shown around the property by Jasmine. During the viewing, Jasmine took the time to show me around and reassured me that the issues I had pointed out would be addressed.
I later requested a second viewing and, although it was very last minute, Jasmine kindly agreed to come straight away. This gesture gave me confidence that I would be well looked after as a tenant with their company.
Jasmine is one of the main reasons I felt comfortable proceeding with renting the property through Stone Acres. Her helpfulness and responsiveness made a very positive impression.
